Bach sah eigentlich in der Aufführung zwei räumlich voneinander getrennte Chöre vor, damit die dialogischen Strukturen besser hervortreten. Zudem setzte Bach statt der Frauenstimmen stets Knabenchöre bzw. sehr hohe Männerstimmen ein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der deutsche Originaltext NICHT in dieser Ausgabe enthalten ist.
